Emma is an experienced commercial and property lawyer, who specialises in advising on a broad range of commercial transactions, including business acquisitions, corporate structuring, franchise agreements, shareholder arrangements, and commercial leasing.

Originally from the Hawke's Bay, Emma returned in 2012 to join Willis Legal after gaining experience working in prominent law firms in London and Auckland. Outside of work, Emma spends time with her young family and enjoys the Hawke's Bay lifestyle.
