Alison joined Willis Legal, as our General Manager, in March 2023. Alison comes with vast experience in business management, finance, and HR across a variety of industries. She has previously worked in both national and provincial law firms, including Crown Law. Her role encompasses all aspects of the firm’s financial and administrative functions, including marketing, strategic planning, technology, HR, and recruitment.

She is a current member of the Taradale Intermediate School Board of Trustees and a former Board member of the Napier Kindergarten Association.

In her spare time, Alison loves making the most of our beautiful region. In addition, you will find her on the sideline watching her three tamariki playing sport or driving them to/from said sport or other activities.
